There are managers and there are leaders, and there is a fundamental difference between the two. After 22+ years in corporate America, I can tell you that we do not have enough leaders.

Just because you are in a leadership position doesn’t mean you are a leader. And conversely, just because you are in a more junior role doesn’t mean you cannot be a leader. 

Few people are natural born leaders, but the skills can be taught and the qualities can be brought out in anyone who really has the willingness to lead. With a certification from Wharton focused on executive presence and influence, I am committed to coaching executives to reach their full potential and ultimately unleash the leader within.

How does it work?

First, we set up a discovery session for one hour so that I can learn more about you and your goals and audit your existing leadership style.
Cost: $200 / Students: $100

Based on that session, I create a leadership improvement plan (LIP) that includes areas of opportunity, timeline, and fee.
